GATESVILLE – Central Middle School’s girls softball team ended their 2025 season with an overall 11-2 record and going undefeated (10-0) in the conference.
The Lady Vikings had a strong offensive season with seven players batting over .300. Renee Greene led the offense batting .714 followed by Kensi Jones (.452), Juliann Chappell (.439), Liv Odom (.425), Audrey Small (.333), Calleigh Williams (.310) and Alexis Davis (.306).
Odom stood out on the mound, striking out 61 batters in 45 innings and finishing the season with an ERA of 2.93.
The Lady Vikings scored a total of 177 runs in 13 games with Greene crossing the plate 24 times, Davis and Odom with 22 scores each, and Small with 20 runs.
