GATESVILLE – Clementine Brown Fields, 97, of Gatesville, passed away peacefully at her home on March 24, 2025.

Family and friends are invited to a viewing from 4-6 p.m. on Thursday, April 3 at Hunter’s Funeral Home in Gates, NC and a wake from 5-7 p.m. on Friday, April 4 at Robinson’s Funeral Home in Littleton, NC.

A celebration of life funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 5 at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church, Gates, NC.

She will be laid to rest in the Fields Family Cemetery beside her husband, the late Rev. Hugene Fields, who preceded her in death in 2023.
