COFIELD – Thomas Franklin Phelps, 97, died March 9, 2025 in Hertford County. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, March 13, 2025 at Harrellsville Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Gardens, Ahoskie. Garrett-Sykes Funeral Service, Ahoskie, is handling the arrangements.
